ORIGIN Tropical South America. |
WATER Water thoroughly in well drained cactus mix. Discard any accumulated water from tray. Allow soil to dry 75-100% between re-wetting. |
LIGHT They enjoy bright light. An east-facing window is ideal. |
TEMPERATURE 17-24 degrees celsius. Keep away from heaters and fireplaces. |
HUMIDITY They do not require extra humidity, a light misting is appreciated when in bloom however. |
TOXICITY Non-toxic to humans and animals. |
FERTILIZER Feed every month in the spring and summer with an all purpose fertilizer. Apply to damp soil so you don't burn the roots. |
